2. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

3. Ordering & Delivery

Product availability may vary by location. Delivery times are estimates. Prices are subject to change. Orders can be cancelled before confirmation. Cash on Delivery is available.

4. Returns & Refunds

Damaged or incorrect items can be returned within 24 hours. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Perishable items are non-returnable unless damaged.

5. Vendor Terms

Vendors must maintain product quality, update stock regularly, process orders within stipulated time, and comply with food safety regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

GramXpress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.
